This past Friday, the team all came in for a training day. We went over a lot of new things, but mainly focused on customer service. After 3 hours of learning, we all worked up an appetite and decided to go out to lunch. Doc and Mike took us to Osaka for Teppanyaki. The chef did all these cool tricks with his utensils and with our food. My favorite was when he made a heart out of the fried rice and then made it look like it was beating! We learned a lot; ate amazing food, got to know each other a little better and had so much fun.
