Recovery can last a considerable time and may prompt a lifestyle change, even if it’s only temporary. For the best, quickest, and most pain-free recovery, we suggest that you:

  • Quick smoking
  • Stop drinking alcoholic beverages
  • Exclusively consume softer foods for at least 24 hours
  • Stay hydrated with lots of water
  • Avoid brushing your teeth and rinsing your mouth for the first day or two
  • Avoid physical activity even if minor
